You just need to keep things simple and easy.
To me, the beauty of barn wood, cannot be beat. Or fauxed with paint. Especially when you see it like this!
When we sit down to eat at this table, I am so glad that we spent the money. Yes, we bought this table at Restoration Hardware, yes it was about $700 including shipping.
But this table still makes me smile. That's what I wanted when we bought this table. Something that gave me the true barnwood industrial look that stayed true years later.
I went through so many stores, so many blogs on how to build a barnwood table for less.
But in the end, the splurge was still totally worth it!
That's when I know I shopped right. And we have not had any issues with this real wood table either.
Setting this table is still fun, especially during the fall!
I can just take the centerpiece off and place my food and call it a day.
