Fall is one of the best times for me. It cools off, the Trees start changing colors.
The yellows, reds and oranges that start popping up are unlike anything a southerner has ever seen.
It can only be seen on a TV or Computer screen for some. It's kind of sad. I remember many years ago, before my Mother passed away she remarked that she hadn't seen a Fall in years.
So I surprised her with a envelope filed with yellow, orange and even brown leaves.
She loved it. There is not a day that goes by that I still don't think about her and miss her terribly.
Blue was her favorite color, so I think she'd like this table.
I brought out the Pier 1 Zebra Dishes. I've had these for years and always get really good search engine traffic by posting these.
People really love them some zebra!
The cobalt blue glasses are from a Thrift Store. The gold flatware was found at a garage sale. I actually have not bought a new set of dishes since my trip to Ikea last year.
I try and switch out napkins, table runners and such for a different table. I found out I don't like storing hundreds of dishes.
I had to come in from outside, Indiana is getting a heat wave today and tomorrow. So I am going to be trying to get some inside chores done around here.
I heard a funny convo the other day, that you will love.
(In the cleaning aisle at my local grocery store)
Husband: You clean the baseboards?
Wife: No, elves fly out of my butt in the middle of the night and do it. Yes I clean the baseboards!
I tried not laugh out loud, but, I truly truly failed.
It was that funny to me.
I'm ready for some bonfires and hoodies, how about you?
